The Flints lies in Hertfordshire countryside between Hitchin and Luton, reached via local roads connecting to the A505 and A6. The A505 links to M1 junction 10, whilst the A6 runs north-south through Luton. With London Luton Airport just 6km away and over 150 EV charging points nearby, it's well-positioned for both local travel and airport access. The village is named after flint stones found in the surrounding chalk downland.
