Tacumshane

Tacumshane is a small coastal village in southeast County Wexford, sitting between Wexford town and Rosslare on flat terrain where farmland meets the sea. Most visitors arrive via the N25 from Wexford, about 20 kilometers southeast, or use it as a handy stop when traveling to Rosslare Europort. The R736 offers a scenic coastal approach from the south, while locals often take the R741 inland route. The village is famous for its 1846 stone windmill, one of Ireland's oldest still grinding grain by traditional methods.
