Swarland

Swarland is a small Northumberland village just off the A1, about 30 miles north of Newcastle. It's perfectly positioned for exploring Alnwick, the coast, or continuing to Scotland. The A1 Junction 18 provides direct access, with over 40 fast EV chargers nearby along the trunk road. The village boasts a 14th-century pele tower at Swarland Old Hall, built to defend against medieval Border raids.
