Stenigot lies amid the Lincolnshire Wolds' gentle hills, reached via the A153 and local roads from Lincoln or the A158. Most traffic comes from nearby market towns like Louth and Horncastle on daily errands, whilst longer journeys connect through the A46 or M180. The village retains its distinctive Cold War-era radar station towers.
