Sparks, OK

Sparks is a tiny Oklahoma community of about 113 people in Lincoln County, roughly 35 miles northeast of Oklahoma City via Highway 18. Most visitors arrive from I-40 through Shawnee, then take Highway 18 northeast for about 20 miles through rolling prairie dotted with cattle ranches and oil wells. The town sits in Oklahoma's Cross Timbers region where eastern forests meet western plains. Its small post office serves as the unofficial town center and community hub.
