Slimbridge

England

England

Slimbridge is a Gloucestershire village in the Severn Vale, roughly 20 kilometres from both Gloucester and Bristol. Drivers typically approach via the M5 to Junction 13, then the A419 toward Stroud before joining local roads, or use the A38 which runs directly past the village. The flat wetland terrain makes it perfect for the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust reserve, established here by Sir Peter Scott in 1946.
