Sedgehill

Sedgehill lies on the Wiltshire-Dorset border amongst the chalk downs of Cranborne Chase. Most visitors arrive via the A350, turning off near Semley for the final approach through country lanes. The A303 provides long-distance connections about 15km north, whilst local routes serve nearby Shaftesbury and surrounding villages. The village sits within Cranborne Chase, where medieval drove roads and field patterns survive from its days as royal hunting grounds.
