Seahouses

Seahouses is a working fishing village on the Northumberland coast that's become a popular base for Farne Islands boat trips. Most visitors arrive via the A1 and B1340 through Bamburgh, with approximately 6 fast EV chargers available. The harbour remains active with both fishing boats and tourist vessels, maintaining its authentic maritime character despite summer crowds. The 1889 lighthouse with its distinctive red lantern room still guides boats safely into the harbour.
