Sea View occupies the tip of Hayling Island, reached via the A3023 from the A27 at Langstone. Portsmouth lies 10km north, with London 120km via the M3. The island's single road access creates a distinctive journey through several coastal communities, with over 200 EV chargers available in the Portsmouth area. Sea View's curved eastern shore uniquely allows sunrise and sunset viewing over water from the same beach.
