Scotby is a small village just northeast of Carlisle, perfectly placed for exploring both the Lake District and Scottish Borders. Reached via Junction 44 of the M6, then north on the A7 for three miles, it offers easy access to the region's attractions. The village sits near Hadrian's Wall, with Roman bath house remains at nearby Castlesteads fort still visible today.
