Salfords lies between Redhill and Horley in Surrey, easily reached via Junction 8 of the M25 and the A217. The village sits on gently rolling Wealden terrain, popular with drivers heading between London and Brighton via the nearby A23. Electric vehicle charging is well-covered with over 200 fast chargers locally, partly due to proximity to Gatwick Airport. The Victorian postbox on the village green has collected mail twice daily since 1887.
