Ruan is a small farming village in County Clare, about 10 kilometres northwest of Ennis via the R458. The road connects directly to the N18 Cork-Galway route, making it handy for getting around the region. Shannon Airport is 20 kilometres southeast if you're flying in. The village sits between the Shannon Estuary and the Burren, surrounded by green fields divided by old stone walls from the 1800s that give the area its classic Clare look. It's a good spot for reaching Ennis for work or exploring attractions like Dromoland Castle Golf Course.
