Royley forms part of Oldham in Greater Manchester, accessed via Junction 20 of the M62 or the A62 from Manchester city center. The A669 connects to neighboring Royton whilst the A627 provides links south toward the city. Over 300 EV charging points serve the wider area. The old Municipal Baths recalls the district's mill town heritage.
