Rothschild is a small city in central Wisconsin, positioned along I-39 about 5 miles south of Wausau. The main routes include Interstate 39 running north-south toward Green Bay and the Twin Cities, plus Highway 29 heading east-west to Stevens Point and Eau Claire.
