Rocky Top, TN

Rocky Top is a small Tennessee city of 1,600 people in Anderson County, about 15 miles west of I-75 via State Route 116. The town sits in the Cumberland Mountain foothills with rolling hills and pleasant valley views. Most visitors come from Knoxville or Oak Ridge, while locals use SR-116 for trips to nearby Caryville and LaFollette. The city was incorporated in 1972 and named after the famous bluegrass song that later became Tennessee's official state song.
