Rockcorry sits on the N2 between Dublin and Derry in County Monaghan, about 90 minutes from the capital and 15 kilometers from Monaghan town. The area has good electric vehicle charging infrastructure with around 15 fast stations nearby. Set among the rolling drumlins typical of the region, it's a traditional market town with Rossmore Golf Course close by. The town hosts one of Ireland's oldest horse fairs each October, running since the 1600s and still drawing traders from across the country.
