Roborough Down

Roborough Down sits on elevated ground between Yelverton and Dartmoor's western edge, offering excellent access to both Plymouth and the moors. The A386 provides the main route, whilst the nearby A38 connects to longer journeys across Devon. The area serves as a popular base for Dartmoor walks, with over 100 EV charging points in the surrounding district. The Down retains a small airfield dating from its wartime role as a Royal Naval Air Station.
