Ramseur is a small Randolph County town about 25 miles south of Greensboro via US 220. The main route from Charlotte uses US 74 east, while Triangle-area visitors take US 64 west to US 220 south. Local traffic uses NC 49 for east-west connections to Asheboro and Liberty. The town's enormous brick textile mill building still towers over downtown.
