Pryor Creek is a northeastern Oklahoma city of about 9,600 people, located 45 miles from Tulsa via the Cherokee Turnpike and US-69. The highway serves as Main Street and connects north to Kansas and south toward Texas. Most traffic involves daily trips to nearby Claremore or long-distance travelers on the Kansas City-Texas corridor. The city anchors the massive MidAmerica Industrial Park, one of the world's largest industrial complexes at 9,000 acres.
