Priston

England

England

Priston is a small Somerset village nestled in rolling countryside about 10km southwest of Bath. Most visitors approach via the A367 from Bath, turning off near Dunkerton for the final approach through quiet country lanes. The village sits in a sheltered valley position amongst traditional stone-built hamlets like Tunley and Farmborough. The 13th-century Church of St. Luke contains a remarkably preserved Norman doorway with intricate zigzag stonework.
