Pode Hole

Pode Hole lies 4km southwest of Spalding in Lincolnshire's flat fenland. Access via the A151 connects to Spalding's A16 for north-south travel, while the A17 runs 10km north for east-west routes. The village sits amid productive agricultural land created by centuries of fen drainage. Around 30 EV charging points are available in nearby Spalding. The name derives from medieval drainage channels called "podes" that once drained this marshy landscape.
