Over Monnow

Over Monnow forms part of Monmouth's eastern suburbs, positioned above the River Monnow with views toward the historic town centre. The A40 provides main access, connecting to the M4 via Abergavenny westbound or Ross-on-Wye northeast, whilst the A466 runs scenic routes through the Wye Valley. The area overlooks the remarkable Monnow Bridge, one of only three surviving fortified river crossings in Britain.
