Ousden

Ousden is a small Suffolk village reached via minor roads from the A143 near Bury St Edmunds or the A1304 from Newmarket. Most visitors arrive from Newmarket to the south, following country lanes through typical East Anglian farmland. The 12th-century St Peter's Church features an exceptionally well-preserved medieval rood screen with original painted saint panels.
