Old Rayne is a small Aberdeenshire village on the A96, roughly 40 kilometers northwest of Aberdeen. The area sits in fertile Garioch farmland, easily reached via the main Aberdeen-Inverness trunk road or locally from Insch station. Electric vehicle drivers will find around 20 fast chargers nearby along the A96 corridor. The village's medieval parish church features exceptionally well-preserved stone carvings.
