Ocean Village is a smart marina development on Southampton's waterfront, built where industrial docks once operated along the River Itchen. Access via Junction 5 of the M27, then follow city center signs to the waterfront. The A3024 runs directly past the development, with the A33 providing the main route through Southampton. Short local journeys connect to the city center just a kilometre away, whilst the M3 offers direct links to London and Winchester. The working marina accommodates over 450 boats, making it one of England's largest urban marinas.
