Nosterfield

Nosterfield is a small North Yorkshire village on the A6108 between Masham and Ripon, about 15 minutes from the A1(M). The surrounding countryside features working quarries that have created flooded gravel pits, now serving as an important nature reserve. Birdwatchers travel considerable distances to visit these wetlands, which regularly attract rare migrant species alongside resident waterfowl.
