North Field lies in Cambridgeshire's fenland just outside Soham, reached via the A142 from Ely or through local fen roads. The A10 and A14 provide main connections for longer journeys, whilst over 90 EV charging points serve the area. The settlement sits on one of the old fen drove roads that once carried medieval traffic across the marshes.
