Most visitors arrive from the M25 junction near Raynes Park, whilst locals use the B2032 through Banstead. The area sits on well-drained chalk hills with over 4050 EV charging points nearby. Nork's claim to fame is its proximity to Epsom Downs Racecourse, where the Derby has run each June since 1780.
