Newsome is a residential area in Kirklees, just southwest of Huddersfield on elevated ground above the Colne Valley. The A629 Halifax Road provides the main access from the M62 Junction 24, whilst the A644 offers connections from the east. With over 150 EV charging points nearby and good links to the motorway network, it's well-positioned for both local and long-distance travel. The Victorian Former Lockwood Baths building recalls the area's mill town heritage.
