New Windsor occupies a central spot in Greater Manchester, wedged between Salford and the city centre with excellent motorway links via the M602 and M60. Most visitors arrive through Junction 3 of the M602, whilst locals nip about on the A6 and A56. Manchester Airport sits 15 kilometres south, and there are over 350 fast charging points scattered about the area. The old Manchester Ship Canal docks at nearby Salford Quays now house the BBC and ITV studios.
