New Blackpool is a residential area in west Leeds, about 3 miles from the city centre via the A647 Stanningley Road. The M621 and M62 provide excellent motorway links to Manchester, Sheffield and York. Leeds Bradford Airport lies 12 miles northwest. With over 350 EV charging points across Leeds, electric vehicle users are well catered for. The area gets its unusual name from the New Blackpool Inn, a former pub that once served as the neighbourhood's focal point.
