Nepcote is a small residential area in the West Sussex downs, positioned between Worthing and Findon on the chalk hills above the coast. Most reach it via the A24 from London or the A27 coastal route, with good EV charging coverage in the wider area. The settlement retains original flint walls from ancient drove roads that once carried livestock across the downs.
