Muness occupies Unst's northeastern corner, reached via two ferry crossings from Shetland mainland through Yell. The A970 to Toft, then ferries via Gutcher, bring visitors to this remote outpost where approximately 4 EV charging points serve the island. Muness Castle, Scotland's northernmost castle, overlooks these wind-battered shores with its distinctive 16th-century stonework.
