Mill Knowe

Mill Knowe is part of Campbeltown on the Kintyre Peninsula, reached via the A83 from Tarbert. The three-hour drive from Glasgow follows the A82 then A83 south through Highland scenery. Ferry routes from Ardrossan via Arran offer an alternative. About four fast EV chargers serve the area, useful given the remote location. The settlement overlooks Campbeltown Loch, where three active whisky distilleries maintain traditions from when over thirty operated here during Victorian times.
