Middlefield is a small farming town in Geauga County, about 35 miles east of Cleveland via I-90 and Route 528. It's the heart of Ohio's largest Amish community, connected by Routes 87 and 608 to other rural settlements. The weekly livestock auction on Wednesdays brings farmers from across northeastern Ohio.
