Messingham

Messingham is a North Lincolnshire town reached via Junction 3 of the M180, with the A159 providing the main route through to Scunthorpe and Gainsborough. Local roads connect to nearby Scotter and Bottesford, whilst longer journeys use the M180 to reach Sheffield or the Humber ports. The town sits amid typical Lincolnshire farmland between the Trent and the Wolds. Messingham Zoo, a family-run attraction operating since the 1960s, houses over 120 animal species in compact, well-designed enclosures.
