Lower Healey is a small community just outside Rochdale, reached via the A58 in about two miles from the town centre. The A664 and A680 provide connections from Manchester and surrounding areas, whilst the M62 offers longer-distance access. With over 150 fast charging points nearby, it's well-suited for electric vehicles. The area still features converted textile mills from its industrial heritage.
