Lower Dinting forms part of Glossop in Derbyshire's High Peak, easily reached via the A57 Snake Pass from Manchester in about 30 minutes. The A624 provides local connections, whilst the B6105 links the various Dinting communities. With over 100 EV charging points nearby, it's well-equipped for both Manchester commuters and trans-Pennine travellers. The settlement is named after the River Dinting, which once powered the area's textile mills.
