Low Eskeleth is a tiny hamlet in Swaledale, reached via the B6270 through Reeth or the longer route from Richmond. About 80km from Leeds via the A1 and A6108, it's popular with walkers exploring the upper dale. The settlement sits at the literal end of the road - the tarmac simply stops here, making it one of England's most remote accessible spots.
