Love Green occupies the borderlands between Greater London and Buckinghamshire, easily reached via the A4007 from either the M25 or M40. Most visitors approach through Uxbridge or from Junction 15/16 of the M25, whilst locals typically arrive from nearby Iver Heath and Richings Park along quiet residential roads. The area forms part of an unusual cluster of "Green" settlements, with Shreding Green just one kilometre away and George Green five kilometres distant.
