Lode Heath

Lode Heath forms part of Solihull's southeastern suburbs, sitting just a kilometre from the town centre on gently undulating West Midlands terrain. The A34 Stratford Road provides the main north-south route through the area, connecting directly to Birmingham 12 kilometres north, whilst the M42 lies 4 kilometres east for longer journeys to London via the M40. Birmingham Airport is a convenient 6 kilometres southeast via the A45, with over 450 EV charging points available across the wider Solihull corridor. The area retains traces of its medieval Forest of Arden heritage in the layout of its residential streets.
