Locking Stumps

Locking Stumps forms part of Birchwood in Warrington, perfectly positioned between the M6 and M62 for excellent motorway access. Junction 11 of the M62 connects you directly to Manchester and Liverpool, whilst the M6 provides north-south links. With over 200 EV charging points nearby and close proximity to IKEA Warrington, it's a well-connected modern residential area. The name comes from an old forestry technique of "locking" tree stumps during the original land clearance.
