Llanfor sits beside Bala Lake in Snowdonia National Park, just 2km from Bala town. The A494 provides the main access from Dolgellau or Corwen, whilst the A4212 approaches from Trawsfynydd. With roughly 8 fast EV chargers nearby and excellent walking routes, it's popular with tourists exploring the national park. The village hosts the Bala Lake Railway, running heritage steam trains along the shores of Wales' largest natural lake.
