Limekilns

Limekilns is a small Fife coastal village on the Forth, 5km from Dunfermline via the A985. Reach it from Edinburgh using the A90 and A985 (15km), or from the M90 for longer journeys. The village sits where limestone was once quarried and processed, with original lime kiln ruins still standing by the old harbour.
