Lilley is a quiet Hertfordshire village in the Chiltern Hills, easily reached via the A505 from Junction 10 or 11 of the M1. It's a popular spot for countryside walks and sits conveniently between Luton and Hitchin, with London Luton Airport just 10km away. The village is notable for Lilley Bottom nature reserve, which preserves rare chalk downland habitat complete with ancient wildflowers.
