Leadmill lies just outside Mold in Flintshire's gentle countryside. Reach it via the A494 from Chester (20 minutes) or the A5119 from the Wirral, with the A55 providing faster connections to North Wales. The village takes its name from the lead mining that once flourished here, with old workings still visible in the surrounding hills.
