Kit's Coty
England
Kit's Coty, perched on the North Downs near Blue Bell Hill, houses one of Kent's most striking Neolithic monuments. The 6,000-year-old burial chamber sits directly off the A229, easily accessed from the M2 and M20. Three towering sarsen stones support a massive capstone, creating an iconic silhouette that's inspired legends for millennia. The name derives from Celtic "Keit Coit," meaning "tomb in the wood."
