Kinnoir is a small farming settlement in rural Aberdeenshire, about 8km southwest of Huntly via the B9022 from the A96. The area features typical northeast Scottish mixed farmland with scattered woodlands. Electric vehicle charging is available in nearby Huntly with approximately 8 public fast chargers. The surrounding countryside contains several Bronze Age stone circles and burial cairns scattered across the farmland.
