Kinlocheil

Scotland
Kinlocheil sits at the head of Loch Eil on the A830 Road to the Isles, roughly 16km west of Fort William. This Highland community serves as a gateway between the Great Glen and the remote western coast, with the dramatic scenery typical of this part of Scotland surrounding the narrow loch. Electric vehicle drivers will find approximately 9 fast chargers in the area, mainly around Fort William. The village name comes from Gaelic "Ceann Loch Ìle," literally meaning "head of Loch Eil."
