Kingskerswell is a South Devon village strategically placed between Newton Abbot and Torquay on the A380. This route connects north to the M5 and south to the English Riviera resorts. The village sits in the Teign Valley with easy access to both Dartmoor and Torbay's coastal attractions. Its 14th-century church features a rare octagonal tower, one of only a few such examples in Devon.
